Frieze/Shag Carpet

Frieze carpet refers to the cut pile consisting of twisted strands of carpet creating a casual look.  Woven by knotting the fiber through a stiff backing and then cutting all to the same length giving you carpet that has a twist and is durable and long lasting.  Great for high traffic areas because of how the fiber is produced after the carpet is matted down from someone walking on it springs back to its original look.
